What do we offer?

We recognise that every client and every situation is unique and we aim to tailor our service to meet the needs of each individual. We provide a service for clients which encompasses support during all stages of rehabilitation and care. We pride ourselves on being client centred, working with injured individuals and their families to obtain the optimum outcome for each person.
 
We offer support within the initial medico-legal process working closely with the client and their legal team through the provision of costed case management reports, witness statements, updated reports, attendance at medico-legal conferences and meetings and giving evidence in court if required.

Our ongoing case management service includes the recruitment, training supervision and support of rehabilitation assistants and support workers. We provide our own insurance to cover legal disputes arising from employment issues involving support staff.
 
We work closely with clients and families providing, advocacy, counselling, family support and co-ordination of care and therapy services. Where appropriate we work closely with rehabilitation services, including our own in house rehabilitation team, to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients. We create detailed care and support plans working closely with other professionals to ensure the client reaches their optimum goals. We also recognise that support is required into the long term and offer continued support during life changes that occur for all of our clients.
