Rachel James, Clinical Training Lead
Rachel is a registered occupational therapist with extensive experience in community based neuro rehabilitation, particularly in the field of acquired brain injury. She joined the training team in 2005 after working for JSP as a brain injury case manager.
Rachel’s passion for improving the lives of clients with brain and spinal injury through developing those who support them comes alive in her training. She is dedicated to developing the training service to provide inspiring courses that meet the evolving needs of professionals and support workers, and to ensure these comply with CQC, Skills for Care and BABICM standards.
Rachel has a Certificate in Training Practice issued by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
