JSP Ltd provides an essential service to both adults and children who have suffered brain and spinal injury. Qualified staff assess clients’ needs and offer individually designed case management and rehabilitation programmes. We have five offices employing around 80 staff. We manage over 400 support workers and provide services to just under 400 clients nationally.

As and when necessary we recruit support workers on behalf of our clients. We manage the recruitment and payroll but the support worker is employed by our client. Every client's needs are different and therefore support worker hours and roles can vary greatly.
All posts are subject to an enhanced Disclosure & Barring System check (England & Wales) or a
Protection of Vulnerable Groups check (Scotland).

All our vacancies have a link to our online application form, however if you prefer to complete your form
by hand you can download this here, and return your completed form by email to recruitment@jspsh.co.uk.
JSP Ltd is not an agency. Recruitment of staff for small, personalised care teams is part of our case management service and is undertaken on behalf of individuals using this service.
If you are interested in working with us, we'd love to hear from you.
I just want to take a moment to say thanks for being the best case manager I've ever had in the last 8, nearly 9 years of support work. you've been one of the best leaders I've ever worked under. I feel like you've thoroughly supported me during my time at JSP and I think it's safe to say that's not always been an easy task over the past two years..
I really want to take the opportunity to say thanks, not just for supporting our team but on a more personal level. I've always felt listened to, understood and I've always felt like you've had our backs 100%.
