Hours: 24-36 hours per week/30-36 during school holidays
Salary: £14.50 per hour (weekdays); £15.50 per hour (weekends); double time bank holidays

Brief description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual, to work alongside an existing member of the team, to support a 6 year old boy with autism, cerebral palsy, learning difficulties and challenging behaviours in the North Leeds area.

You will support him with his therapy programme alongside his therapy team to help increase his independence, both at home and in the community. Experience of Picture Exchange Communication System would be preferable. He will also need help with his personal care and access to leisure activities in the community. You would need to be a confident and experienced driver, having held a driving license for at least 3 years (minimum of 21 years of age due to insurance).

Term Time hours: 24- 30 hours per week
School Holidays hours: 30- 36 hours per week.

Qualified staff assess clients’ needs and offer individually designed case management and rehabilitation programmes. The company was established in 1994 and is now a successful rehabilitation and case management
consultancy, working in close co-operation with the legal profession. We now have five offices employing around 80 staff. We manage over 400 support workers and provide services to just under 400 clients nationally.

JSP is not an agency. Recruitment of staff for small, personalised care teams is part of our case management service and is undertaken on behalf of individuals using this service.
