Understanding brain injury
This training provides an overview of the changes and challenges someone can face after brain injury. The day covers basic anatomy and physiology of the brain, what happens when the brain is injured, an introduction to the physical, cognitive, emotional and behavioural changes that can occur and some simple approaches to help when communicating with someone who has a brain injury.

Supporting someone who has a brain injury
This training course covers the basic anatomy and physiology of the brain and what happens when the brain is injured. The training introduces physical, cognitive, emotional and behavioural changes and considers strategies which can be used to support someone who has difficulties in these areas as a result of brain injury.
