JSP Occupational Therapy Service

For many clients who acquire a disability, one of the major losses is their independence. This often impacts greatly on their quality of life and leads to a loss in self-esteem. These changes have a profound effect not only on the client but also on their family, friends and colleagues.
 
At JSP we offer an occupational therapy service that aims to work with clients to minimise the impact of these changes on their day to day life. The service is delivered by occupational therapists and rehabilitation assistants who have extensive experience of working in hospitals, rehabilitation and community settings within the NHS, social services, voluntary and legal sectors.

• Community rehabilitation to adults with brain injury, spinal injury and amputation
• Community rehabilitation to children with brain injury and cerebral palsy
• Specialist equipment and housing adaptations for adults and children
• Expert witness service
